Medical affairs manager
Medical affairs managers provide medical expertise and leadership in a therapy area across CSL Behring UK. They develop and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to help us understand our customers and their needs. They provide training on their disease areas and medicines and answer medical information queries. Most importantly, they help ensure that we meet all our legal, regulatory and corporate requirements in everything we do.
Product managers are key members of our marketing operation. They help develop the long-term strategy for one or more of our medicines for patients with rare diseases. They design and implement an annual operating plan, monitor sales and competitor trends, manage relationships with suppliers and create promotional material.
Customer services associate
Customer services associates help ensure that doctors and pharmacists receive the medicines they have ordered for their patients smoothly and speedily. That includes carefully checking each order and confirming the details with colleagues and the customer if necessary. They ensure we have enough of our medicines in stock to meet our orders and answer any customer queries.
